Inmould Label Cutting

RSM-IML/MSV

The rotary die cutting machine for Inmould labels is in its standard version equipped with a magazine delivery system (M-Stack).  A star wheel (S-Stack) or V-Stack (stacking with robot) delivery system are available as option or for an upgrade later on. Additional equipments either included in the standard specifications or to be added on at a later stage are:

• Fine adjustable spreading station for 2 or 3 ore more repeats across, offering a reliable product stacking for offset product orientations.
• Antistatic device.
• Gap Control System (GCS) integrated into the die cutting module.

The machine is available in a working width of 410 mm, 520 mm, 550 mm, 670 mm, 740 mm and 850 mm. The M-Stack delivery system is used for short runs, the Star-Stack for long runs and the V-Stack for very large products which can not be handled with the M- or S-Stack delivery system.

RSM-IML/MX

A cantilever machine, offering a perfect and economical solution for medium and small production runs. The machine is available in working width of 260 mm, 330 mm and 410 mm. The MX model features nearly all of the proven technologies applied in the high capacity model, such as a automated web guide, continuously monitored registration, vacuum controlled product flow, static neutralizer and M-Stack delivery.
